Disposed of old data cds by scratching them up with a safety pin. Will recycle them to Best Buy this weekend.

Disposed of old data cds by scratching them up with a safety pin. Will recycle them to Best Buy this weekend.

Better to scratch them on the printed side, tangential to the center where the laser would begin to read the disk.
or throw them in the microwave for 10secs and watch as they sparkle and all data is destroyed...
